F- Fact: One fact about the Crucible is that it play many characters.
I- Internal Connection: While reading/learning about "The Crucible", i felt very anxious to wanting to know what will happen next to the story, for example what conflicts or excited moments were gonna happen.
N- New Idea: A new idea that i learned while reading "The Crucible" is that there is always many reasons to something.
D- Decision: A personal decision that i will make based on my reading and understanding of "The Crucible" is always state the truth instead of false statements because by lying it would lead you to a worst punishment and worst consequences.

Blog Post

In terms of reaching my academic goals this year i'm exceeding more each day. I'm trying to read for 30 minutes each day to get better at reading and get a higher reading level. What i need to work on a little more is on participation. Either ask questions or participate in discussions. Some of my  strengths are paying attention, some of my weaknesses are writing. As a writer i feel like i need t practice, for example use higher words, learn how to organize paragraphs better. Some things that are challenging for me learning how to write essays. What's easy for me is reading, looking for evidence in text. This month im going to try to get better in writtng essays and participating.

Two Paragraphs :
Growth mindset is a positive way of thinking . The idea of growth mindset contributes to people in different ways. Some people apply the growth mindset correctly, while others think of it incorrectly. For example the author of the article, “How the growth mindset is misused by educators” states “ Many students are hobbled by the belief that intelligence is a fixed trait. Kids with a “fixed mindset” stop trying when confronted with a challenge”. This is one way how students use the growth mindset incorrectly. They tend to give up or not try to work out the problem given to them. As stated in the text, the author illustrates this point when she states “ Growth mindset is hard. Every mistake you make is progress”. This quote means that every mistake you make is and idea towards something even better. This can also show how many people have multiple perspectives towards the idea of the growth mindset.Growth mindset is a positive way that can lead to success in life if you set your mind into it.
Our artifact represents how many people have multiple perspectives about the growth mindset. We drew a staircase that goes up towards a success trophy that you earned for not giving up while you were walking up the stairs. On the left side of the stairs there are facts about the growth mindset and on the right there are facts about the fixed mindset. On the stair steps there are motivational words that help you climb the stairs. We drew this idea because this shows how many people view the growth mindset differently. Not every thinks that the growth mindset is a good thing that can motivate you towards success. You can be intelligent to the highest point in life.

                                        Reflection

While working on the project Growth Mindset, helped me understand more about success. Such as having a growth mindset, to keep going, not giving up and to accept helpful criticism  I learned a lot of how people have a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. Or how people disagree with it. Not only that but i learned how, people have a growth mindset or fixed and what effects cause them. The process of learning and working on the project got me across of  thinking, that i have half of growth and fixed mindset. It was a good experience working with my partner, we discovered many interesting information about it.
